7 Minute Workout App Reviews

Yes, this is the 7 minute workout on your Mac, but it’s basic. Not even any preferences. Nothing can be configured. Voice is a bit robotic. Most iPhone apps are more fully featured.

I don’t understand that I have to pay for the basic version. Downloaded it for free on my iPhone, wanted to get the premium version and had to pay $3.99 for it on my Mac. And that didn’t give me the full version for my phone… Kinda disappointed because now I’ve paid for it twice to get the full version on my phone. Besides that the app is great! I’ve been using it for the last week and I’m planning on keeping it up!

Great little app for mac to do a 7 minute workout. It’s extremely simple with computer voice and stick figure. The exercise circuit is a nice little workout, but definitely not worth the premium price without an hourly reminder.
